To Contemplate Later

March 5, 2009

Some quotes to contemplate later.

“Tragedy is a big part of our lives”

“Christian Theology is not Christian”

“3 Persons in 1 Person does not brake the law of Mathematics”

“God cannot make what is true false and what is false true because it would make him weaker doing so.”

“Creation Ex Nihilo does not mean something is coming into being where once nothing was.”

“Jesus did not change the nature of man… otherwise everything would’ve changed a day after Easter.”

“Sounds controversial, but ultimately I agree.”

  1. “…otherwise everything would’ve changed a day after Easter.”

    are you sure it didn’t?

    • hahaha… that is the question to be contemplated… but it doesn’t appear so at the moment… most of these quotes are actually Corrigonian.

  2. Having to do with one of your ‘things’ (specifically the “God cannot make what is true false and what is false true because it would make him weaker doing so.”

Can Logic be created? Is the creation of Logic beyond any creation, or spirit being? I think that is what the question here implies. Your thoughts?

    • I am not sure what you mean by logic being created. Verbs aren’t really created. Logic as a noun doesn’t really have any beingness to it because it is a quality that things have. We do sometimes call the logical part of our thinking ‘logic’ but I don’t think that is a right understanding. Logic is an accidental quality that arrives from beings that perceive a created world. The logic doesn’t actually exist but only appears to because the observer attempts to order what they perceive. I don’t think God uses logic, but appears logical to us because we order things. God comes first, then the observer, then the way that the person tries to understand the world (aka. logic).

Does that make any sense? hahaha… because sometimes I make sense to me but not other people.
